I am Israel.

I don't trust enough. I don't believe enough. I worry. I fret. I question. I doubt.

God delivers. He works absolute miracles. He favors me. He loves me. He gives to me. He lavishes his blessings upon me. He promises hope for my future. He honors obedience.

I thank Him. I praise Him. I serve Him. I learn. I believe. I trust.

Until I don't. Until I stop trusting enough. Until I don't believe enough. Until I worry. Fret. Question. Doubt.

Egypt was just around that bend. The Red Sea? It just parted. The Jordan River? Just dried up. Canaan? Just destroyed. For me.

And yet...

I am Israel.
